My Diary Game for 20/01/2025

Hello Steamians lovers,

Hope your day went well, as for me I had a great day today because I achieved some milestones in my fitness journey so far, is about staying true and consistent to my workout and trying as much as I can to follow instructions given by the couch.

My coach is very patient with her clients, she always reminded us while we need to be consistent to our course, taking us through all the workout demo and assisting anyone who is having hard time following up the program.

ed our minds for each program she will be introducing, thereby making it easy to catch up even though sometimes I felt I wouldn't be able to do it but programming my mind and concentration always helped me to pull through because I am so intentional about my health. .

Before I joined stayFit I always wanted to used short cut to lose weight, such as using of supplements and wearing thigh griddles all day long or even being introduced to herbs of all kinds or the one that will purge my intestine, yet still there was no improvement.

Working in the bank also contribute to laziness of not having time to workout, everything changed when I started developing HBP because of being overweight and eating late night food without deciplne or having any routine guide .

But today I can boldly said I've taken charge of my health to some extent by given my all to my fitness Journey, I started with 98kg as at 29th October 2024 till date, but now I am weighing 83kg all thanks to stayFit workout and I intend to continue till I achieve my desired result, even though it's gradual process just a little patience and more determination to help me achieve it.

I leaned that determination is the key to everything we want in life and putting in the work is also paramount especially to health because like they say health is WEALTH .

So I encourage anyone who want to take his or her life seriously to try walking out regularly and be determined while at it. Today I can breath well, no more HBP problem, I can also sleep without snoring of any sort because I now feel lighter and smarter .

Today's workout was about High Intensity workout were we put out our best and sweat our way out and it was very rewarding, our heart pump faster than normal and legs get stronger and round it with squat.
