I spend the most of my time on Steemit, which has become one of my go-to platforms. One of the many things I do on this platform is read postings, and occasionally I curate with the little voting power I have. In addition, I read a lot of posts for the curation of various projects, and I virtually always learn something new from them.
I should clarify that in a bear market like this one, we can identify who is made for the platform and who is merely a periodic user. This led me to wonder what would happen if Steem reaches $1?
New Users Will Flock In
Steem will begin to draw more users as it reaches one dollar; When things start to get intriguing, that's when. Users start pouring in all of a sudden, as we can all see. Speaking from experience, hehe. Yes, it is nice to see users rush the platform and contribute their ideas to our collective understanding. Actually, in order for the platform to expand, we need users, and we need a lot more of them.
Possible X5 If Steem Hit $1
The users that have accumulated Steem during this bearish market, however, stand to gain the most from this scenario. Since Steem is currently valued at 16 cents (about), any content producer who earns Steem is likely receiving five times as much as they were before. I refer to the point at which the cost hits one dollar. So, if 1 Steem is purchased or amassed for 16 cents, it may be sold for $1 and generate a profit of almost 5 times in a short period of time. Therefore, individuals that acquired Steem (or any other cryptocurrency) at the current bear market price, when practically all cryptocurrencies are on sale, would eventually benefit from good fortune.
