Why is the percentage not the same?
Hello, Assalamu Alaikum. How are you all? I hope everyone is well, I am also Alhamdulillah.
I always discuss with you about various issues or problems of the community. Because I think that the attentive users read my posts. They may find solutions to their problems very quickly and that's why, I have discussed quite a few things in detail quite a few times.
But sadly most of the users don't read my posts very carefully. Or if we omit the word of attention. So don't read too any posts. But few users read the posts very carefully. They even expressed their opinion by commenting in the comment box of my post. Really like these things. Because it proves that the posts they read carefully.
Anyway, now to the main point. A common complaint from our community users for quite some time now is why the voting percentage is currently low. Because earlier the percentage was given more in community posts. The first thing I want to say is that our community curator account @hungry-griffin has a lot of power. That means a lot of voting power. But currently we have to give so much voting support, due to which our voting support has actually become limited.
But due to our limited voting support, we are not able to vote in same percentage as before. But we are voting on such a percentage. So that the users are satisfied and the users get a good reward.
Not only the percentage of general users has been reduced. The percentage of community admin moderators has also been reduced. You can check it yourself from Steemworld.org . Because many people may have doubt that now when the price has increased. In that case admin moderators are taking extra and depriving general users of the benefits. But that is not the case at all.
My point is, although the percentage is low, but the income is much higher than before. And so I hope you will refrain from making these accusations. Because these complaints really disturb us a lot. Because we are trying our best to support everyone.
There are many complaints about this in the appeal Section or in the DM. I hope that the users of this community will not complain about this after today. Because I have explained it very clearly. Since SBD print out is enabled. In that case the number of users has increased a lot and due to which we are not able to support the previous percentage. I hope no one else will question this and you will increase your quality.
I am calling the attention of the community moderators. If someone asks you this question again. Then you must share this post link with them. In that case, I hope they will understand the matter very well.

This comes to my question, I understand that the community is open to all moderators and all that, but my concern is that, Is there anything users can give in return for compensation for the reward we getting on here?
Have always understood that privilege needs to go both ways, we can't just always take it without giving back, if there is some kind of initiative that any of us can do to compensate for the support, please it would be lovely to know.
I believe this community has the solid power and audience to accomplish anything it's set to achieve on the platform.
It can't be easy to field those kinds of criticism, especially when you're working hard behind the scenes. Even if some users may still be unsatisfied, you're doing the right thing by addressing it directly. At the end of the day, I think this community is lucky to have someone like you advocating for clear policies and open discussion. 👍
