For Admin and moderator

I came up with today's post to warn some user about one thing . And those who will read this post, they may be a bit careful. And that's the point of today's post. Most of the time I am trying to write something that will be useful to someone. I am not having much success though. But even so I am trying my best so that even one person benefits from this platform through my writing.

I am constantly trying to identify the various problems of this platform and provide their solutions. I'm not saying I'm the only one right. But I said it in case I made a mistake. Be sure to let me know then. But I'm not getting that kind of feedback, which is really frustrating.

I've actually been worried about something for a few days now and I've been getting quite a few elegations, with different community moderators. In other words, I have heard many complaints against the community moderators in the communities where additional moderators have been appointed. And I have received several reports.

The gist of those reports is that many moderators hold moderator positions in different communities just to post on Alliance. But does not do any work in the community. So now all the community moderators are being scrutinized so that, Are those community moderators working well in the community or just being moderators for posting on Alliance?

If we find something in the report that some community moderators are only posting in the Steem Alliance community. But they do not play any important role in their community or do not any important work. Then immediately he will be ordered not to post to the alliance. And after that he can't post to the Alliance at all. The reason for taking this decision is to ensure that all the communities are running smoothly.

Because I have been told by some admins that most moderators don't want to work for more than two days. But in my opinion we must spend at least some time to improve this platform. Because we are earning daily from this platform.

Before the investigation, I informed through the post. And did not pin this post. Because I want some users to be careful, who actually read other people's posts and have a contribution to the community. Basically, those who are active in the community, have a contribution to the community.

We have given everyone space for many months. Because all the prominent people of this platform are in this community. But now things seem to be getting much more serious. So I would request everyone to pay attention to their community while they have time. and improve its platform. And also check all the aspects of the platform well, so that no problem remains.

I hope that today's article will benefit at least some of you who are not spending time in their community.

The End📍

Thank you all for your support. Let us know in the comment section if you have anything to say. We will be happy to help you.

Again,Thank you all. Together we will take this platform to the top.

We all have one goal - make Steemit great again.

Hoping for your valuable feedback. Together we will bring development to this platform.

Thank you
Best Regards,
@nusuranur

I know you have the community's best interests at heart. We're all aiming for the same thing - growing this platform in a sustainable way. I just wanted to suggest something: limiting all admins and moderators to two posts per week in the Steem Alliance community. This could really help address most of the issues you're facing.

Thank you @nusuranur apu for this information.

It is very sad to see users try to become moderator just to farm reward from our community.

I hope everyone works diligently in the community.

yes,and this is bitter truth.

It's disheartening to see moderators posting here and not paying attention to their own community. We all need to understand that the steemit platform needs everyone of us to put in work to make the platform better. That being said, I hope people, especially mods put in dedication and hard work to improve the blockchain

absolutely .yes,i hope so.

Am still shocked that people could go that far. It's no other name than the word "greed". They are out for their selfish interest. I hope you're able to fish such and do to them what is due.

Well said ma, is not right for moderators to do such a thing because I will that they are just occupying the space a serious steemian should have occupied and work hard.

I just hope that moderators doing such things will change for good. Have a nice day. 🤝

It is important for moderators to prioritize the well-being and growth of their communities, rather than just using their positions for personal gain or to boost their presence on the Alliance. This not only undermines the purpose of moderation but also hinders the overall development of the platform.

Good to know. This will be a wake up call to those who are victim of this complain.

This is really a nice step a fighting crime and deception on this community and I believe with this technique at a short period of time the bad eggs will be fished out and the community members would be as pure as it should be.
