I or everyone we know @misterdelegation is Steemit's biggest whale. He has 21.1 milion own sp from which sp is assigned to all steamcurator accounts. Although it remains inactive why it is not delivering in any way. How it is distributed will make everyone more accessible to support.

@misterdelegation currently has 18,716,894 sp represented. And there is an additional 2,465,633 sp of abandoned sp that are not being used by anyone. We all agree that the core support of the steemit team has the full cooperation of @misterdelegation. But it can be used for the development of everyone without leaving the abandoned sp in his wallet. And a brief description of how those SPs can be used.

• steemcurator 01 - 08 could have increased VP value. Since steemcurator01 has a huge amount of representation, having steemcurator02 to 08 helps increase the curator's sp.

• booming could have increased VP value. Or booming up to 05 - 08.

• Identifying 30/40 people with high voting CSI on Steemit. Those who have never used bitvote or downvoted any post. Can assign 50k SP to everyone who allocated sp for community and country and didn't power down.

• It will use users to upvote. Can pay 20 x 100% per day [60 usd each] 50% per day for top 40 community users can be automated for upvoting a post. Curator members can be reviewed once per month. And they will do a certain amount of time like [3 hours per month].
