Good afternoon everyone, how are you, i hope you all guys will happy and good. By the grace of God, i am also good. Today i am here with new post in which i am going to talk about Blockchain inernal working.

Blockchain constitutes an integral part of distributed ledgers, and the Steemit blockchain operates based on this technology. Through its utilization, systems exhibit decentralized behavior wherein data is distributed across connected nodes within the network, enabling the recording, sharing, and synchronization of transactions. In the realm of blockchain, information is structured into blocks linked together to form a chain.

This technology facilitates a decentralized database where data remains immutable, impervious to alterations or deletions by any entity. Distributed ledger technology ensures transparency and security among participants within the network.

A distributed ledger operates through various interconnected nodes forming a network. Unlike banks that rely on centralized ledgers where singular authority controls data access and oversees every transaction, distributed ledgers function differently. In this system, transactions occur without involvement from third parties. This decentralized approach ensures that no single entity governs or influences your transactions.

Distributed ledger technology employs cryptographic signatures and confidential keys for secure data storage, permitting access exclusively to authorized individuals. Blockchain operates as a decentralized system overseen by a peer 2 peer network.

Each computer connected to this network possesses its own copy of the ledger, which helps prevent network failures. In case one node's services are disrupted, other nodes step in to manage transactions, ensuring continuity and mitigating the risk of failures within the network and each copy is updating simultaneously.

When a transaction occurs in a cryptocurrency, the transaction details are grouped with other pending transactions within a block. Each block consists of transaction data and a special identifier known as a hash. In the blockchain, every block hash is connected to the preceding block hash, forming a continuous chain. This interlinking of blocks creates the blockchain system. Each block holds its distinct hash and incorporates the previous block hash, making it challenging to alter transaction data within the blockchain network.
