I am a sucker for statistics.
What I have noticed is the following:
I'm glad that you mention this, as with the new newcomer program, we do give newcomers booming votes.
You can maybe just mention the fact that users cannot receive more than 3 booming votes across the participating communities.
What does PD stand for?
Is NC, no club or newcomers?
I would love to see which communities gave these votes, as it is something we can all strive to do.
And I rest my case. ☕

True, there are guidelines that have not been respected, however, lately there has been some flexibility in them, especially when they are related to new users.
This stands for Power Down.
It stands for No Club.
It can be seen in the data sheet, however, I will add this information in the table for the next post.
