STEEMFOODS: Lukot Salad
Good day fellow steemians. How are you right now! Hope you're all fine and in good health. Today, I'm going to share with you a simple yet nutritious kind of appetizer. "Kinilaw na Lukot" in Bisaya or "Lukot Salad". Lukot in English is called sea hare secretions.
Below are the ingredients needed:
-tomato
-onion
-ginger
-pepper
-vinegar
-salt
-umami seasoning
Here are the procedures in making this "Lukot Salad":
1.Wash gently the sea hare secretions with clean water to remove the dirt.
2.Put it in a plate.
3.Prepare the ingredients.
-cut the tomato, onion and ginger into a
desired size.
4.Add first the salt then umami seasoning and vinegar to make it tasty.
5.Then the sliced tomato, onions and garlic.
6.Put a chilly pepper to make it spicy.
7.Mix it well.
