Hiya Everyone! Tori here! Today, I'll be showcasing a really indulgent treat. Chikalang is another glutinous rice-based dish that is usually attributed to the word "kakanin" which means that is a rice-based snack. Chikalang is covered with sugar and fried to perfection. It is delicious especially after it had just been removed from the fryer. What I like about it is that it's stretchy but not to a point where it hurts when you chew it.
