French Fries with a Different Method | Crispy Potato Sticks

How are you? I am excited to post my first recipe to this community. I love discovering new recipes. Recently, while surfing the internet, I saw the french fries that I am going to share with you today. By the way, I must say that I love french fries. I think I am not alone in this. Who doesn't love french fries anyway? Anyway, as soon as I saw the recipe, I said I should try it at breakfast time and I tried it. It was an interesting taste and experience for me. I wanted to share this with you. I tried to detail each step as best I could. Now let's move on to the schedule. Are you ready?
Meterials
4 Potato
4 Spoons of Corn Starch
I cut the potatoes into thin rounds.
We need to steam them before frying.We need to steam them before frying. I didn't have a steamer, so instead I filled a deep pot with water and cooked it with an iron strainer. I did it like bain-marie. While boiling, I made sure that the potatoes did not touch the water.
I took the boiled potatoes in a bowl and mashed them well with a fork. Mash the potatoes until they become a smooth mash.
I added salt and starch and mixed well. Then I kneaded it a little until it took the shape of a dough. I took care to make it look like a dough.
We open the dough we obtained from the potato in a round shape. Then you can give it the shape you want. I'm not very good at shaping, but I'm sure you can do it much better. I cut the potatoes that I cut into long sticks in hot oil and fried them.
