MY PEANUTS RECIPE: HOW TO MAKE PEANUTS 06/06/2021

Hello dear lovers of food accept greetings from my side. Today I will be sharing with you how to make peanuts.

INGREDIENTS

PROCEDURE

• Measure 12 cups of groundnuts. Select removing the small and bad ones
• Measure 3 kg flour and sieve removing any unwanted stuff from it.
•Add in 3 sachets of nutmeg

• Add 3 spoons of baking powder
Thoroughly mix the flour with the other ingredients to have a uniform mixture

• Measure your sugar, add a 1/2 glass of water and keep to dissolve.

•Break 12 eggs separating the egg white from.the egg yolk. Beat the egg white very well

• Add the sugar and beat again to be uniform

• Put a quantity of groundnut in a bowl, add in flour and the egg and shake well in a uniform direction so that the flour and the egg sticks to the groundnuts.

• Constantly check to make sure some grains are not joined together and the coating is even.

• Constantly add the flour and egg then shake till you have the desired coating.

Shaking process

Put in your oil in the pot allow it to hear

Put in a quantity of the coated groundnut in the oil and fry for about 5 minutes to Golden brown color.

• Spread it in a tray and allow to cold

Peanuts spread in trays

• Bottle it to preserve. Serve when you have guests at home or when you want to enjoy yourself with snacks.

Interesante su receta. si no me equivoco en mi país Venezuela se conoce a esta preparación con el nombre de manís chino es muy delicioso, mas no tenia idea de como se preparaba.

Wow peanuts is one of my best snacks. The funny thing is that i dont know to do it. From this, i will follow each of your steps and fry mine too. Thanks for sharing. The peanut looks so yummy. Of course you can do it from the steps sweet. I love peanuts too that's why I had to learn how to make it at all cost. I think I still have two bottles left so I will be bringing yours to school tomorrow.
