You made post very detailed and clear, every step with ingredients is mentioned. This stuffed bread is one of my favorite recipe. We made it in different shapes. You done great job. Can we change its stuffing with mince too. I think mince will give more taste to it.

Yes sometimes it smells and those who irritated with smell avoid upper layer.
