Hola amigos de Steemit, hoy les traigo una deliciosa receta de una leche condensada casera y como dice el título es súper sencilla de hacer, les cuento que para encontrar esta receta tuve que usar mucho mi ingenio porque la mayoría de las recetas que vi en internet usaban más de 3 ingredientes y la idea era una receta que fuera económica, fácil y deliciosa, el resultado final fue mejor de lo esperado. 1 liter of milk
500 g sugar
1 teaspoon of salt

En una olla vertemos la leche, el azúcar y la sal (este ingrediente sólo si lo queremos), luego removemos hasta que se unan todos los ingredientes.
Second step
After dissolving everything, we proceed to take to the stove and place the flame high, here we begin to whisk every five minutes until it begins to boil, we proceed to lower the flame a little and leave it at medium temperature, this is the moment where we must whisk constantly until our mixture begins to thicken as in the third image, we also see that the mixture is a little lumpy but do not worry about it that in the next step I will show you how to fix it.

Después de disolver todo, procedemos a llevar a la estufa y colocar la flama alta, aquí comenzamos a batir cada cinco minutos hasta que comience a hervir, procedemos a bajar un poco la flama y dejarla a temperatura media, este es el momento donde debemos batir constantemente hasta que nuestra mezcla comience a espesar como en la tercera imagen, también vemos que la mezcla está un poco grumosa pero no te preocupes por ello que en el siguiente paso te mostraré cómo solucionarlo.

This is the last step to follow, we lower our mixture from the stove and let it rest until it is completely at room temperature, there we will see how our mixture is super thick as we see in the image and as I said before we will proceed to remove the lumps that remain, add our mixture to the mixer until you see a creamy mixture without lumps, the end result is super delicious and you will see it in 2 more images.

Este es el último paso a seguir, bajamos nuestra mezcla de la estufa y la dejamos reposar hasta que esté completamente a temperatura ambiente, ahí veremos como nuestra mezcla queda súper espesa como vemos en la imagen y como dije antes procederemos a quitar los grumos que quedan, agregamos nuestra mezcla a la batidora hasta que veas una mezcla cremosa y sin grumos, el resultado final es súper delicioso y lo verás en imágenes Finales.
