Tasty roe or caviar or fish eggs by@suboohi

Fish eggs also known as roe or caviar are most incredible foods containing many micronutrients such as calcium, vitamin D, vitamin A, potassium, iron, vitamin B6, vitamin C and omega3 fatty acid.
how can we make it:
It can be easily prepared in 10_15min at home. It is very nutritious, tasty as well as easy to cook
ingredients :
Fish eggs 250g
Tomato 1 medium
Green chillies 2_3
Curry leaves 3_4
Coriander leaves for garnish
Termeric powder 1/4tsp
Red chili powder 1/2tsp
Cumin seeds 1/2tsp
Black paper 6_7
Salt as per taste
Fried onions 2_3tbsp (optional)
Ginger /garlic paste 1/2tsp
Oil 3tbsp
Procedure :
- Take 250g of fish eggs, keeping in mind they should b freshed.
2 . Wash them properly and boil for 3_5minutes.
3 . Take cumin seeds, curry leaves and black papers and fry them in 2_3tbsp of oil in a pan for few seconds.
4 . Now add ginger garlic paste in pan and sotey for few seconds.
5 . Now add fish eggs to the pan and fry for few minutes
6 . Take chili powder, termeric powder, salt and garam masla then put it in the pan and fry for few seconds
7 . Now cut tomato and chili into small pieces, put them with fried onions in pan and fry it on slightly high flame.
8 . Fry them until tomatoes soften and turn the flame low and cover the lid of pan.
9 . After few minutes it's ready to serve, garnish with coriander leaves.
10 . Tastety roe can be eaten with bread slice, roti, paratha, buns etc.
