HOW TO PREPARE SEA SNAILS

Ingredients
- Sea snails
- Oil
- Onion
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Green cayenne pepper
- Spring Onion
- Half Pitcher of Water
- Salt
- MSG
Procedures:
- First, rinse the Sea snails to remove sand and grit from the shell
- Heat the oil on the pot and wait for 30 seconds to 1 minute to add the garlic and onion. Saute the garlic and onion until it smells aromatic.
- After sauteing the garlic and the onion, let's pour a half pitcher of water and add the ginger and the cayenne pepper together. Then, cover the pot until it boils to absorb the flavor of the garlic, onions, ginger and the cayenne pepper.
- Next, when the broth already boils, put 1 tablespoon of salt, 1/4 of sachet of ajinomoto or MSG and a half sachet of magic sarap to add flavor. Mix them and cover the pot to dissolve the mixture.
- Now, it's time to put our main dish - the Sea snail. Always remember to put the Sea snail slowly to prevent burn from boiling water. After putting it, cover the pot and bring to a boil for 2-3 minutes.
