How to prepare "Chicken Humba"
The following are the ingredients:
- Sliced Chicken
- Onion
- Garlic
- Potato
- Soy sauce
- Oil
- Oyster sauce
- Vinegar
- 1 glass of water
- Black pepper
- Spring Onion

- First, heat oil in the pot, then after 2-3 minutes if the oil is already hot, saute the onion and the garlic until golden brown.
Garlic facts: It's highly nutritious and has a low calories, good for those having a diet. Garlic also can fight or combat sickness, such as common colds or even viruses. It also has an active compound that can reduce blood pressure and reduce cholesterol to lower the risk of heart disease.
Onion facts: an antioxidant; have a compound that fights inflammation; decrease triglycerides and reduce cholesterol.
- Now, let's put the chicken and sear it for 5 to 10 minutes. And after that, put the soy sauce 1/4 of the sachet and mix until the meat of the chicken will absorb it. Remember that the quantity of the soy sauce will depend on the quantity of the chicken you have.
- After that, add the sliced potato and mix it.
Potatoes are rich in minerals and vitamins that is good for our health, potato also is a antioxidant. - Now, after adding potatoes, let's put the oysters sauce. 1 sachet is enough. Mix it until the meat of the chicken will absorb the sauce.
Oyster sauce makes your food tasty and sticky. - Add 1 tablespoon of vinegar to brighten the flavor of your food.
- Then, add 1 glass of water if needed, to help the meat soft and tender. Add also a pinch of black pepper to make it spicy and aromatic. And a 1 tablespoon of sugar and the sliced spring onion.
