Alhamdulillah, today I have the opportunity to write a recipe for a dish that is most popular with people in Aceh, Indonesia. This dish is called "Aceh Potato Chicken Curry."
In Aceh, Indonesia, this dish is often cooked by housewives for a side dish at lunch or dinner. My family and I also really love this Potato Chicken Curry issue. I use potatoes because potatoes are a high protein fruit. It will taste delicious and delicious when eaten with white rice.

Well now we enter the main event, namely cooking Aceh Chicken Curry with great love.
First we have to heat a little cooking oil, and after the cooking oil is hot, then we put the shallots so they smell good.
Second, enter all the leaves that have been provided earlier, namely Temurui leaves, Sere leaves, Pandan leaves, and Lawang Flowers. Heat it until it looks a little cooked, about 5 minutes.
The third stage and so on, we have to put in the Chicken Curry Seasoning that we have provided until it runs out, and we stir the spices until evenly distributed. When we add the chicken curry spices, we have to pay attention to the heat on the stove, we try to keep the temperature from being too low and not too high, just moderate.
After entering the Curry Seasoning, then we put the Potatoes first before adding the fresh Chicken. And stir until evenly distributed for 5-10 minutes. Pay attention to the temperature of the fire, don't be too hot.
After adding the potatoes, curry spices, and covering it with a lid, for about 10 minutes when it looks ripe, then we have to add enough coconut milk or just what we want.
And then we just wait for all the dishes to be cooked and smell the fragrance of chicken curry. The average time to cook a dish is about 15-20 minutes. You must pay attention to the temperature of the fire that is not too hot. Because if it's too hot, the curry will dry out quickly.
