Today, I will give you detailed information about our Moderators, Vote Support, Number of Active Users, Problems and Solutions. I tried to develop the SteemFoods Community, which I established on September 20, 2020, by working in the best way every day, and I continue to develop it. We are a large Community, we have users who produce active content, delegates and moderators. We make improvements in our community together with our country and regional moderators. I want you to know that I am always open to criticism, and I work to solve problems. SteemFoods Community's official account @steemitfods and I'm trying to vote for posts in the SteemFoods Community, but our voting power is below $10 and unfortunately we don't have a chance to give every post a good vote. This is a problem. As a solution, I asked you to support the steemitfoods account by delegating the maximum SP that our users can do. In this post, I want you to be informed in detail about our moderators, our working system, the number of active users, and our problems. First, I'll start with our Moderators.
All our moderators help me in the best way possible. I have been working with these moderators for more than 5 months. Some of our moderators joined us a little later. I deal with all the information such as the users we will choose in the charity events I do, users with health problems, those who have covid-19, by communicating with our moderators via telegram and discord. I have created the SteemFoods Community LeaderShip table, now our moderators can directly manage their region and country.

I would like you to see our work transparency by sharing just a few examples of the work we have done with our moderators.
We have the power to give enough vote support with our official account in the SteemFoods Community. But I try to support all our users in the best way possible. I give higher vote support to the posts prepared for the contests I organize every week, and I want you to know that I give more vote support to the contest posts the week I organize the contest. Of course, I also support voting outside of contest posts, but I want you to know that I care about participation in the contest. I am trying to give voting support to users who are delegating, who are trying to increase their SP in their wallets and who contribute to the steem ecosystem.
I can say that this is not about winning higher curation prizes with the steemitfoods account, but because the contest I organized this week is Power Up, it has to do with 100% vote support for the posts. I can only vote for some posts with a steemitfoods account and I know that is not enough. I did my best to increase our voting power, but one of the highest SP improvements that can be made for 10 months belongs to the SteemFoods Community. I will continue to vote for more content, I will continue my work.
By clicking the #steemfoods-powerup tag, you can see that I gave 100% vote support to the posts of users who made Power Up. This week, I explained the reason for the low number of posts we curated with the steemit foods account.
We have more than 10 thousand subscribers, but the number of active users varies between 400 and 450. This is not just a situation in the SteemFoods Community, we can see that currently the most active Community has a maximum of 1000 active users. The reason for the decrease in the number of active users compared to the previous months is the low number of posts we support during the day, and the main factors such as sharing only Food and cooking contents in the Community. The more votes a Community has, the more active users it will have. We can cite SteemitCryptoAcademy as an example. The rule by the steemit team is putting a lot of effort into curating steemcurator01 and steemcurator02 for this community. In the SteemFoods Community, when steemcurator01 can't vote for the "Best SteemFoods Posts of the Day" due to its intensity, only steemitfoods and booming accounts have voting support. (Only 5 Posts with Booming accounts). When a user sharing content does not receive sufficient and motivating vote support, he or she once again avoids creating content. The main issue here is not about me or the SteemFoods Community.
On the Steem blockchain, we see that users with high SP in their wallets are delegating to accounts such as tipu and upvu. We are a large community, but with 170K SP on the steemitfoods account alone, we do not have the chance to vote for both contest posts and most of the food and cooking content shared daily. The thing that I find stressing and tiring the most is choosing quality posts. It's tiring to vote for only 5 posts per day with booming accounts and think about how to support other users. That's why I'm trying to get our Community account steemitfoods to $10 voting power.
Regarding vote support, what I can do is increase the voting power on the steemitfoods account. To encourage our users to delegate, increase the SP in their wallets, and get their steemitfoods account to at least $10 voting power. I remind you that Steemcurator01 is not a guarantee of vote support. I ensure that the "Best SteemFoods Posts of the Day" on the days when Steemcurator01 can't support votes with booming accounts. As an example, 131 users participated in the contest I organized with the SteemFoods-IceCream tag, but of course we did not have the chance to vote for all the posts. I tried to give vote support in the best way with my steemitfoods account to support at least the materials that the users who participated in the competition bought. As you can see, everything is not in my hands, I try to do my best with the opportunities offered to me.

Es para mi un grato placer pertenecer a la comunidad SteemFoods y poder trabajar en equipo con el Sr. @alikoc07 y mis compañeros moderadores en el desarrollo de las actividades en esta prestigiosa comunidad, especialmente en el apoyo a usuarios con necesidades económicas que hacen vida en Steemit. Me siento orgullosa y bendecida por poder ser parte de llevar alegría a diferentes hogares de mis hermanos Venezolanos.
Siempre basándonos en dos cosas primordiales, Alimentación y Salud..
Tal como lo plantea, en el tiempo ha existido una disminución significativa en los usuarios activos y es de esperarse, particularmente en Venezuela poder adquirir los alimentos para realizar una publicación de calidad lleva un gran gasto, se que mis hermanos Venezolanos están dispuestos a dar el 100% y son muy creativos a la hora de realizar sus recetas y la presentación de su plato final, esto me hace sentir muy Orgullosa... ¿Que pasa? ¿Cual es la razón de no publicar nuevamente o en un tiempo prolongado? La respuesta es muy sencilla, No pueden invertir para hacer una nueva publicación ya que no han sido apoyados.
Desde su creación y hasta la fecha SteemFoods es una de las comunidades mas grande y organizada, trabajando día a día para crecer en SP y así poder apoyar a cada usuario que hace vida aquí con nosotros, aunque las limitaciones se hacen evidente al ver los números del SP impactando significativamente el número de publicaciones que apoyamos durante el día
con la cuenta comunitaria.

Thats the #1 problem i also notice to the Philippines if they don't get any support from steemcurator01 or any booming account they will not think to post anymore.
If i can only manage our kitchen i am sure that i will post daily in #steemfoods but my Mother in law manage the kitchen thats why i can't post recipe thats why if i can't cook i post at steem sea community for my diary game.
And if i had a chance to cook thats why i posted in #steemfoods even i earn small amount i power up my 50% sbd earnings just to get high sp as i can and support to the community where i belong which is #steemfoods

Currently, the number of users from the Philippines on Steemit is not very high, but I try to support our current Filipino users on the platform in the best way possible. Steemcurator01's vote support is not guaranteed. Steemcurator01 tries to check all posts on steemit and it's pretty busy. The best steemit team continues to support us. In the future, I aim to support our users' posts by giving much higher vote support by reaching 10$ voting power on @steemitfoods account. That's why it's so important for all users to delegate to their steemitfoods account by raising the SP in their wallets. :)
That was a great idea i woul agree 100% because if @steemfoods reached $10 per vote we can support them to an easy way in a big reward to their content.
