Hi how are you guys. I hope you are well. I'm new to this community and I thought I'd share something in this community. I'm a good cook. I have been working in a hotel for 2 years. So I learned a lot from my interest. So that's why I chose this community. I hope you will help me. I want to work to the best of my ability in this community.

So today I am going to tell you how to make marshmallow. Marshmallow is one of our favorite foods. So I thought I'd prepare it at home today. I will also tell you about this recipe. I am very saddened that the whole world is now plagued by epidemics. Our country is now closed. So from my experience I make food for everyone in my house. I will tell you everything about this recipe. You try too.

Ingredients

❶ - Gelatine 30g
❷ - Sugar 100g
❸ - Boiling Water 100ml
❹ - Corn Flour
❺ - Water 150ml

Method

Step 1

First add 100ml of hot water to the gelatin, dissolve well and let it dry.

Step 2

Take a pot that can hold a pan and add sugar to it.

Step 3

Then add 150 ml of plain water and set on low heat

Step 4

Heat the sugar well and add the gelatin to it.

Step 5

And then after it is pulled like a thread. Take it out of the oven

Step 6

Put it in another pot and let it dry well.

Step 7

Stir well after drying

Step 8

Beat well until it becomes creamy

Step 9

Then take a tray and add half of the mixture to it.

Step 10

Add the remaining 2 drops of color and mix well.

Step 11

Then put it on a plate and leave it for about 3 hours.

Step 12

After 3 hours, add some corn flour.

Step 13

Then cut as you wish
