[ESP-ENG] Concurso SteemFoods -35- | ¡Prepare una receta de cóctel especial para # club5050! | rypo-ponche.
Un gran abrazo a mi hermosa gente de la comunidad de SteemFoods, siempre es un placer para mi compartir con ustedes mis creaciones, hoy les traigo un delicioso ponche, muy sencillo de preparar, exclusivo para el concurso #35 de SteemFoods.
Generalmente es muy consumido en las temporadas decembrinas aquí en Venezuela, este no tiene huevo... espero que les guste y practiquen en casa.
A big hug to my beautiful people of the SteemFoods community, it is always a pleasure for me to share with you my creations, today I bring you a delicious punch, very simple to prepare, exclusive for the SteemFoods contest #35.
Generally consumed during the holiday season here in Venezuela, this one has no eggs... I hope you like it and practice it at home.
¿Que utilice para hacerlos?
1- Leche en polvo.
2- Flan de mantecado.
3- Leche condensada.
4- Licor.
What do I use to make them?
1- Powdered milk.
2- Flan de mantecado.
3- Condensed milk.
4- Liquor.
¿Como lo hice?
El primer paso fue preparar el flan, Tome leche y licue con dos tazas de agua y luego lleve a la cocina a fuego lento mientras agregue el contenido de la caja.
Hay que batir hasta que hierve y listo... lo añadimos en un recipiente y cuando este a temperatura ambiente a la nevera paraque cuaje.
How did I do it?
The first step was to prepare the flan, take milk and blend it with two cups of water and then take it to the stove over low heat while adding the contents of the box.
We have to beat until it boils and ready... we add it in a bowl and when it is at room temperature to the refrigerator to set.
El segundo paso es tomar el flan ya cuajado y agregarlo en la licuadora, añadimos la leche condensada (la mitad) y el licor (Puede utilizar el de su preferencia) Lo ideal es que sea un ponche agradable.
Lo envasamos y llevamos a la nevera para degustar bien frío...
The second step is to take the flan and add it to the blender, add the condensed milk (half of it) and the liqueur (you can use the one of your preference). Ideally, it should be a nice punch.
We pack it and take it to the refrigerator to taste it very cold...
