Greetings to all,hope we all doing fine and things are moving on well on our side? Its really been a busy week to all in the platform where everyone is so engaged in the engagement contest and from the posts i have seen so far,it made me want to be part of this engagement for am sure my post will be able to help someone in one way or the other.

For my most practical recipe,i will be sharing with you all how i make my peanut both for home consumption and most especially for sale.
This will be disclose from the following headings;

List of incredients and their prices

  • 5kg flour 3000frs(10steem)

  • 1tray egg 2000frs(6.6steem)

  • 2kilograms of sugar 1600frs(5.3steem)

  • 2 sachette butter 500frs(1.6steem)

  • Groundnut oil 2 litres 4000frs (1.3steem)

  • Baking powder 2table spoons 200frs(0.6steem)

How i prepare it

  • Step1: Mixture of all my dry ingredients together which are; knod milk, baking powder and flour.

  • Step 2: Mixture of all my wet Ingredients together which are; eggs,sugar,butter and three Lids of groundnut oil which serves as the sauce during the coding process of all the groundnut to the flour.

  • Step 3: Put your groundnut in a bowl for the first shaking. As i shake,i sprinkle small of the sauce on it and put flour later and continue the shaking for it to code with the flour.
    This process is continued till the groundnut gets coded to the flour.

  • Step 4: The coding process is finish,i put my oil on the fire while waiting for it to get hot and the method I use for frying is deep.

  • Step 5: when the oil gets hot, i put my first pan of peanut into the hot oil using my measurement pan for the estimated oil.

  • Step 6: After 5minutes, the colour changes showing its getting ready and i remove it when its semi brown. This is so because,when its removed when its already too brown the colour changes to be too brown when it gets cold.

  • Step 7: After every pot,i put the peanut on a back for it to get cold for easy parceling.

why i choose the recipe

I choose this recipe cause,i am a lover of pastries for as in my Achievement 1post i did mention of engaging into it cause am a flour loving someone,it serves as a means of me raising some income to help finances some of my expenses since i am a student,it gives me joy when ever i do it and reminds me of a friend each time i do this cause i learned it from her.

How many minutes i use in preparation

It takes me 2 hours in the coding process,1hr:30minutes in the frying process and 2hours in parceling.
