This is how a real roasted meat looks in the north of Mexico

Hello world.

Today, I want to share with you all one of the main and typical foods in the north of México.

We normally do this every weekend and almost in every party with your friends or family this is what you will find (and beer also).

This is normally cooked in a coal grill due to the extra flavor it provides to the meat.

Once the meat is done, we transform it into a delicious Taco with all the extra topics it MUST contain like guacamole, salsa, lemon, etc.

Sorry I didn't took a picture of the tacos, if you want me to write step by step how this is done let me know and I gladly will do. But, in the mean time, here is how the meat looks like.
