STEEMFOODS: GINISANG TALONG WITH PORK AND EGG

Today I would share my own version cooking of " GINISANG TALONG WITH PORK AND EGG ". Simple dish and easy to prepare, try this in your home guys see my cooking instructions below.
The ingredients are:
- 1/4 kilo sliced eggplant
- 1/4 kilo sliced pork meat
- 1 pc onion
- 2 cloves of garlic minch
- 1 pc fresh egg
- 2 table spoon soy sauce
- 50 ml cooking oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- small amount of umami seasoning
- small amount of magic sarap
- 1 small cup of water

Food Preparation:
- wash all the ingredients
- peel off the skin of garlic and onion
- cut all the spices
- crack the egg and mixed in a bowl

Cooking Procedures with step by step process:
- Prepare the pan and heat.
- Add cooking oil 50 ml, bring to boil.
- Add first the garlic then stir next the onion and stir again. Until turn into golden brown.
- Add the pork then stir fry until the meat turn into golden brown. For about 10 minutes.
- Add soy sauce and stir, then add the eggplant and stir again.
- Add the water then cover the pan and allow to cook for about 10 minutes or until the eggplant turn into tender.
- Add the salt, umami seasoning and magic sarap to have a good taste.
- Add the last ingredient which is the egg and mixed well until the egg cooked.
