The Food Diary Game Season : 1 - 03.09.21 - #sfcharity50pc - Hasselback Potatoes, chicken pesto and pancakes with strawberry among the foods we had today!!! And what about you!?
Hasselback Potatoes were on my lunch table today!!!
What a nice start of the weekend from this side of the world...and as usual surrounded by yummy food from morning till evening!
What was on our lunch table...
We had a very yummy dish for lunch today...My wife prepared couple of nice foods for us all!
Let me show you closely the different foods which was on our lunch table today!
She made some yummy baked hasselback potatoes with cheese and herbs...
Needless to say it...was super delicious!
Then we also had Chicken Breast with Basil Pesto...Sautéed lady finger and my bowl of steamed rice!!!
To prepare such a lunch, one need quite some time and a good preparation so that everything is ready at the same time and you can eat all while still hot!
And what about tea time!!???
Yesterday I found some nice strawberries and bought some...these are quite expensive in Mauritius! I got around 10pieces for approx. 6Usd!
This is so as we import them and we have just too little which are cultivated locally!
My wife made sautéed them with butter and honey and we used as spread on yummy pancakes for tea time...
After these delicious foods today, I got ready at around 16pm and drove to my restaurant for work...the weather was great by the way...summer is coming!!!
Every time that I decide to take some photos of the dishes I am cooking at work...I just get busy during service time that I just don't get time nor remember to take photos...
Tomorrow I have a special set up for tea time at my restaurant...for around 25 people...so for sure you will get to see a lot of foods tomorrow too...
This is the only food photo that I managed to take earlier today...some sauteed chicken with vegetables, a bowl of mixed salad topped with cheese and French Baguette, I made this for my sister!
So here we are for today's food diary game my friends...I hope you've enjoyed this post same like we've enjoyed the foods earlier...
