The Food Diary Game Season : 3 - 11-11-2021 | sfcharity50pc & club5050 | Another day spent cooking and eating delicious foods!!! Giant Prawns / Pizza / Sandwich etc...
Since the day I qualified to use the CLUB5050 tag, it feels like things are going better on my blog which is very encouraging!
Recently we've seen many users complaining about this new initiative, but guys...make an effort and try at least to be in the club5050...maybe the club75 or club100 will be difficult for many who depend on this income for their daily expenses!
Now that I am in the club5050...my next goal is to work hard to reach the club75 as soon as possible!
Ok let's talk food now...
Oh...as usual I had a day surrounded with yummy dishes from morning till night! Well I am a chef and I own a restaurant + my wife is also a great cook...so it's obvious that our days are spent like this!
Giant Prawns I prepared for some VIP guests earlier!
Giant Prawns are quite expensive and today I had a table of 8 people (VIP guests) for diner at my restaurant...despite the price, I bought some for them and they love the recipe I created with the prawns!
This is the prawns before cleaning!
Keep it whole with the shell on...
If you take off the shells...you will be left with very little 'meat' to eat and the you will lose much in the shells! Better clean them as you can see below...
Simply cut it open and wash with running water until all the dirt are gone. Then you can proceed with the recipe you want to make.
I cooked the prawns in a garlic coconut cream...
Shrimps salad for starter and Chocolate and strawberry for dessert...
I also made a fish dish for my guests, but unfortunately I was just too busy to take photos of the plate.
But I managed to take the photo of the starter and dessert that I prepared for them...

And what I had during my meals!???
On top of cooking for guests...we chefs have to eat too!
For lunch today, my wife made a very creative sandwich made with Batbout bread and filled with crispy chicken and salad loaded with cheese/mayo/ketchup!
And served with some Cajun flavored potato wedges...
Pizza for diner...
Another homemade food for diner made by my wife and requested by my daughter...
PIZZA!!!!
Just look at my daughter...how she's enjoying her pizza!
Tea time...
And earlier for tea time, just before I drove for work, we had the same batbout bread topped with melted butter and pure honey...amazingly yummy!!!
As usual with my hot milk tea...
These days my daughter is staying home as schools are closed again due to Covid19...I just love when she's together with us at home...we have so much fun whole day together!
So here we are friends, another day surrounded with yummy food...and this is only a part of what were around!

I am really sorry for this. I will make my best to do it the maximum time I can, but please do forgive me for missing it some time...due to mainly being in a rush while working! There are actually many amazing foods that I just don't have the necessary time to take in photos and they are already on the guest table!Hahaha!
