Preparing my most practical recipe |Steemit Engagement Challenge Season 1

I'm so glad to participate in the contest and share my most practical recipe. There are many recipes that are my Go-to recipes and today I'm going to share one of my most favorite practical recipe.


Chicken and Vegetables Macaroni

Total preparation time : 30 mins

INGREDIENTS:

Corns
Boiled macaroni
chicken
Capsicum
Ginger & garlic
Chicken cubes
Carrots
Onions
Sauces

Elbow macaroni400Gms2 Steem
Ginger&Garlic paste1tbsp.5 Steem
Soy sauce2 tbsp-
Worcestershire sauce1tsp-
Chilli sauce1 tsp-
Chicken cubes2.5 Steem
Corns1/2 cup1 Steem
Black pepper1tsp-
Capsicum21 Steem
Carrots31 Steem
Onions1.5 Steem
--Total price 11.5 Steem


PREPARATION:

First of all heat the oil and put the chopped onions in it and cook them until they turn translucent.


Then add the ginger and garlic paste, chicken and sautè them. Add the chopped carrots and mix them.


Now add the corns, capsicum, chicken cubes, sauces, black pepper and salt and mix all of the ingredients properly.


Add boiled macronies with the chicken and veggies and mix them well. Cook for a minute or two. The yummy chicken and vegetable macaroni is ready !!


Pro tip: Try not to overcook the veggies, they'll become soggy.


The reason why I choose this recipe is that I'm a pasta lover and it is one of the most easy yet a delicious recipe to make and one of my favorites too. I would love to know about your go-to and practical recipe too.

Undoubtedly, the best and most practical recipe. I really like your ingredient table, it's easy with the pictures if someone isn't familiar with an ingredient and you have organized it really well.

I usually make this without ginger and garlic paste to keep the flavours minimal. I know you make perfect pasta, I will try your recipe next time to see how it turns out for me.

I too make it twice a week and sometimes even more than that so I keep the recipe simple and quick. 😃 Would you believe that even sometimes when we go out for dining even then I prefer eating pasta. So just imagine how obsessed I'm with it.

Hola amiga... definitivamente es una receta práctica
a parte es tan nutritivo los ingredientes que utilizas...
no estoy familiarizada con el jengibre en las comidas, más lo he tomado en infusiones, y es muy beneficioso

Thank you so much for your kind words. My son doesn't like eating veggies so I try adding more of them in the pasta because that's the only way to make him eat.

I like adding ginger in my food sometimes while cooking and sometimes at the end for garnishing. It really enhances the flavor of the food and is healthy too.
