introduction

Hello everyone I'm back again with another recipe,it been a long time I posted ,I have been quite busy ,my schedules are very tight which doesn't allow me to make posts some time... I'm into a cooking busiyand by the time I get home I'm exhausted already all I do is bath and sleep ....

But I'm going to show you all how I made this simple dish ..it is cow tail pepper soup

I bought the meat out and wash it thoroughly to avoid sand from entering the meat ,I used salt to wash it

ingredients

Salt

Pepper

Mixed spices

Seasoning spices

Seasoning cubes

It is a very fast and quick meal to prepare ,I really enjoy cooking my cow tail pepper soup,....

After washing it ,I put it inside a pot and added a little water to steam it ,it mixed very well and I started adding my spices so it could cook with it ,it boiled for some minutes and I added my mixed /natural spices ,it mixed with my water and it started cooking......

Soon my meat was done ,but I needed to add it enough pepper,from the name you would know that their needs to enough pepper in it...

I added the mixed spices

Seasoning cubes

Salt to taste ,and pepper to taste , everything was okay and fine...

Soon I was done cooking it and it was ready to be served to my customers ,I added it to this colandar and allowed the spice sink in it well ,it got tasty and everyone would love it...... Yes bye very soon I will start serving it to them ...
