Hello dear friends, how are you all doing? I trust you are all doing great.
Well, welcome to my blog today and right here I will be sharing with you my food diary game. I hope you enjoy what you see here today so please stay withe as I'm about to share them with you

Breakfast: Vegetable smoothie

For breakfast, I made a combination of three vegetables to make smoothie for my family. Below is how it turned out to be:

Below I will show you the steps I took in preparing this delicious smoothie.
I used the following:

  • Tomatoes
  • Cucumber
  • Pumpkin leaves and
  • Milk

I blended the vegetables together to form the drink.

After preparing it, I served it to my family and they all enjoyed this new recipe.
This drink improves immunity and also helps in weight loss.

Lunch: Porridge beans and mixed cereals

For lunch, I prepare porridge beans and served it with mixed cereals.

I'm sure some of you may know about this mixed cereals, it is the mixture of different cereals, grinded together.

My children loves this cereals so much, they always enjoy it when I make it for them and I'm happy to see that they love it.

Dinner

My family and I chose to eat the Nigerian Jellof rice for dinner.

I'm curious about the taste of the vegetable smoothie and I wanted to try it. I just found out that pumpkin leaves can be mixed too.

You need to try it honestly. I wasn't even sure of how it was going to taste but I just needed something like that for my family. But trust me, it tastes great with the milk. If you have honey, you can add. You will like it. Thank you for your nice comment
