My version of Japanese Pork Curry
Good day beautiful people of Steemfoods Community!!! How are you all? May you have a great day and in good health despite the pandemic situation.
I came back to share with you one of my discovered recipe or I just say another experiment recipe of mine, my Japanese Pork Curry. So let’s start.
INGREDIENTS
Pork meat (cut in bite size)
Japanese curry paste
1 Potato
1 carrot
1 red onion
3 cloves garlic
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp cooking oil
2 cups water
STEPS AND PROCEDURE
Preparation:
- Peel and wash the potato, carrot, onion and garlic. Then cut into small size.
Cooking Time:
- In a medium fire, put oil in a frying pan and wait for the oil to heat up.
- When oil is heated, sauté garlic and onion. Wait until it turns golden brown.
- Then put the pork meat and stir for 5 minutes.
- After 5 minutes, add 2 cups of water and stir again for 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes of stirring, add the sliced potato and carrot and mix.
- Then add the soy sauce and the curry paste. Mix and stir until the curry paste melt and become sticky.
- Then transfer to a serving plate with rice.
