STEEMFOODS CONTEST -23-/HOMEMADE DELICIOUS ICE CREAM RECIPE/ Avocado with crushed oreo and Marsmallow with chocolate chip Ice cream
Helloooooo everyone its been a while since the last time i've share a post. How are you all!!!hope everyone is safe and sound. Bonjur !!!i was told by my older sister that there's a contest in making an ice cream. So here is my entry for the said contest ..perfect for this so hot weather..
Anyways allow me to share my recipe for today!! This is my very own version of ice cream.hope you will like it.
Avocado with crushed oreo and marsmallow with chocolate chip ice cream
This are the ingredients
Our very main ingredient AVOCADO
We have here nestle cream,
Vivo whip cream for more creaminess, a condensed milk
Large marsmallow cut into small cubes
Crushed oreo
The procedure:
All we have to do was to mix everything,
1st we pour the 2packs of nestle cream,add 1 cup of vivo whipcream for more creaminess
2nd pour 1 can of condensed milk and whisk it
3rd add the mashed avocado
4th crushed oreo
5th add the marsmallow cut into smaller cubes
Lets put some chocolate chip..haha its my daughter's request..she like chocolate so am i😁😊😄
Lets transfer it to 250ml tub.
For this i make 3 tubs of 250ml ice cream.lets put it inside the freezer for 5-8 hours..the longer it stays in the frezer the better.
After 4 hours i already took some for plating.charaaan??? I also put some ice cream in a heartshape molder.
Its so easy to make right. Jejeje i just used whatever is already in our kitchen.
