Chicken and Pork Adobo with Egg

BONSOIR to all stemian all around the globe, and To all chief cook and chief at heart.. To all who love to eat any kind of food!! Good evening.. And i hope everyone is well.
As filipino we have different version in cooking adobo. And one of the that version is what im going to share to you today..
Today im going to share my version of CHICKEN and PORK ADOBO with EGG.
The INGREDIENTS:
The ingredients :
2 kls. Pork
6 kls. Chicken
1 Tray Egg
5 cloves Garlic
2 pcs. Onion
1/4 kl. Oil
Soy sauce
Vinegar
Laurel leaves
Laurel seeds
Asocenas
2packs of Black Beans
Oyster sauce
seasonings : salt, vitsen,magic sarap and brown sugar.
For a twist we will add sprite softdrink to add flavor for our recipe.. The secret ingredient but not secret anymore.. Haha
Let's prepare our ingredients
First thing i do was boiled the egg.
While waiting for the egg to cooked, i Slice the garlic and onion.
Washed the chicken and pork.
And after preparing the ingredients let's start cooking
Put oil in the pan, saute the garlic and onion
Add the pork and chicken and mix after. Leave for a minute.
After that add the soysauce, put the laurel leaves, asocenas and laurel seeds after that add the vinegar.
Add the black beans
And lastly put some oysters sauce.
And our no longer secret ingredient for this recipe is the Sprite soda.. To add more flavor of our pork and chiken adobo. And leave it for 10-15mins to soften the chiken and pork.
While waiting lets peel off the egg.
This time we're out of gas 😂 😂. We need to improvise. Its not yet done so what we did , we cooked it using a charcoal. Finished what we've started.
Last but not the least ,bring on the egg to complete this recipe of ours.
Here's the finished product. Hope you like it. You can try this at home. This is one of my favorite though. Maybe it will be yours too. 😂 😂 😂
This recipe is good for 35-45 person though.
Today is our marksmanship and im one of the four person who's incharge in our foods for our boodle after marksmanship.
