SFcharity50pc. Korean style Eggplants in a chilly sauce
Today I am going to share with you a super delicious recipe of egg plants korean style. The ingredients are super simple and the recipe is quick and easy.
Ingredients:
- eggplants - 3 pc
- green leek - 1 pack
- garlic - 30 gr
- spicy chilly pepper- 10 gr
- green pepper
- paprika - 40 gr
- sesami oil - 2 sp
- vegetable oil - 1 sp
- salt
- sugar - 1 tsp
- sesami seeds - 1 tsp
- chilly powder
- black pepper
- soy sauce
- fish sauce
- plum syrup
Step 1
First of all we must wash and cut eggplants into long oval pieces of approximately 7 mm width.
Step 2
We must dry eggplants and we can either do it in the oven, on the grill or on the pan.
Step 3
Dry them on the pan without oil until eggplants get golden brown color.
Step 4
We are going to make a sauce that we will pour on eggplants. Put all dry ingredients into the bowl including say sauce, sesami oil, chilly pepper.
Step 5
Pour plum syrup if you don't have one use honey, garlic and all the rest of ingredients.
Step 6
Cut green leek, peppers and cilantro.
Step 7
Mix eggplants with sauce and add vegetable oil in case you want to make it more juicy.
Step 8
Add all the green ingredients and decorate with roasted sesami seeds.
Step 9
Serve and don't store for long time.
