I Accidentally Made Curried Cabbage

I swear this is just a product of my boredom. I sauted some sliced cabbage and added tomatoes and sprinkled a little bit of curry powder and the result is a tasty, aromatic and vibrant looking dish! I love it! I added salt and a bit of ground black pepper to taste. My daughter loved it, too and that's the best part of it. My daughter's appreciation of my kitchen accidents is like a trophy for me.
