How's everything? I hope that everything is alright and good. Today, allow me to share with you another recipe of mine called "ADOBONG MANOK"

WHAT IS ADOBONG MANOK?

Adobong manok, often called "chicken adobo," is often considered the national dish of the Philippines. Although the origins of its name are are with the Spanish colonizers — adobo is the Spanish word for a marinade — Filipinos have been making tart, vinegar-based dishes since time immemorial.

Let's get started! Here's the Ingredients.

  • chicken
  • vinegar
  • soy sauce
  • magic sarap
  • ajinomoto
  • onion
  • garlic
  • cooking oil
  • tomato
  • salt
  • green chili

HOW TO COOK ADOBONG MANOK (chicken)

Prepare all the ingredients.

Mix the vinegar and soy sauce to the main ingredients "Chicken".

Heat a cooking pot.

Pour the cooking oil.

When the oil is hot put all the species.

Add the main ingredients "chicken" mix and leave for 10 minutes.

Picture first while waiting..

After 10 minutes of waiting, put the remained sauce.

Add all the seasoning. Then, stir adn leave for 5 minutes

After 5 minutes, Ready to serve now,
