For coconut lovers, Rich sweet with condensed milk.
Hello friends of #steemfoods, today I bring you a recipe that is a delight and very easy to prepare, it is my favorite dessert, I hope you like it.
Coconut candy
| Ingredients | Quantity |
|---|---|
| Dried coconuts | 2 |
| Condensed milk | 1 |
| Sugar | 200 gr |
Preparation
1- Scratch the coconut.
2- In a pot, place 1 liter of water and add the sugar, when it boils add the grated coconut.
3-Cook for 40 minutes over low heat.
4- Add the condensed milk and stir, cook for 5 minutes over high heat.
5- It will be ready when it takes off the pot.
6- Let cool and pack in glass jars.
