Hi friends, I am Lavanya from India, a Housewife. Welcome back to my Food Diary.
Here is my today food diary. I am a complete vegetarian so my menu is always filled with colourful vegetables. Hope all of you like it
Morning:-
For today's breakfast needs I prepare Ven Pongal with Kara Chutney.
Ben Pongal is the most familiar and popular breakfast in South India. Combination of rice and moong dal, ghee, and adding Indian spices we prepare this dish.
Afternoon:-
For Today's lunch needs, I prepare ivy gourd &peanut combination poriyal, roselle leaf roti pachadi, rasam, curd and rice.
roselle leaf roti pachadi is popular dish in Andhra. It's very simple to prepare but very tasty. It's a good combination with Hot Rice.
Evening:-
In the evening I prepare coffee for myself along with preparing for my family's needs too. Then we enjoy mixed dry fruits ladoo.
Those we buy from outside. Kids enjoyed those a lot.
Dinner:-
For Dinner needs, I prepare benchi Rava upma with pickle.
This Rava is different from regular roasted Rava and also gives us a different taste to us. By adding vegetables I prepare this dish. That's why it gives a rich taste to us.
