Hi friends, I am Lavanya from India, a Housewife.
Today my day starts with a good mood with Today food Menu.
Here is my food diary, Hope all of you like it.
Morning:-
Today for breakfast needs, I prepare Ven Pongal with Kara Chutney.
Ben pongal is one of the most famous and popular South Indian Breakfasts.
We prepare this dish very easily, within 30 minutes but it took a huge time to digest.
That's why we prepare this dish by adding ginger and pepper.
This is a delicious combination so all enjoyed it a lot.
Afternoon:-
For Today lunch needs I prepare Mint Roto Pachadi, Raw Banana Poriyal, rasam and rice.
Mint Roti pachadi is a very simple and easy dish but very tasty. It is a good combination with Rice, Dosa, chapati and Dosa too.
On adding coconut, urand dal, mint leaves I prepare this pachadi.
Evening:-
In the evening I prepare coffee for my family. Along with taking fresh Apple's as snacks.
Dinner:-
For Dinner needs to prepare chapati with Tomato chutney, rice and rasam.
Chapati also most common dish, on using wheat floor we prepare it. For getting soft chapati I prepare needed dough before 1 hour and cover it in a soft wet cloth.
From this we get most soft chapati, try this trick, you can see the results.
