Ginabot or locally named as "chicharon bulaklak". It is made from pig intestine and is cooked by frying until it looks like a flower. I first tasted it when I was young. Every payday of my father, we often eat "ginabot". And it is considered as the best street food here in Philippines specifically here in Cebu. And our place will always satisfy all your cravings. And if you had tried this one, you will definitely wanted for more.

After work, I told my husband that I wanted to eat "ginabot". So we tried to find "pungko-pungko" (a small eating place where people eat while slouching) that serves "ginabot".

And we reached newbridge in looking for pungko-pungko. And there we saw it. We then hurriedly go their and took our order. Unfortunately, the place is a little bit dark since after the typhoon odette the lamp post on that place was not yet fix.

They are not just serving the "ginabot", they also served ngohiong, hotdog, longganisa, porkchop, fried chicken and lumpia.
