First I will list the ingredients I used and next I use pictures to explain the recipe.

2.Tomatoes
3.Garlic
4.pepper
5.mackerel fish
6.Mann’s cucumeropsis or white seed melon powder
7.Maggie and other seasonings
8.Palm oil
9.Yam
PROCEDURE
1.I kept the palm oil in the saucepan and waited for it to get heated.
2.I added the tomato mix I grinned containing garlic, pepper and fresh tomatoes.I also added some sachets tomatoes .
3.after it cooked for a while I added the Maggie.
4.I then added my mackerel fish and waited for it to cook like 5 -10 minutes.
5.the stew after I added the Mann’ cucumeropsis which was in the paste form.It then cooked for additional 3minutes
6.
After adding the aleefu leaves I then added small water and reduced the fire to make room for it to cook without burning.
7.I then peeled the yam,cut them ,washed and kept on fire. After 10-15 minutes the yam was boiled.
