#PROCEDURES
First, I blended my red pepper, chopped a bulb of onions , cut my okra and set aside.
Next I defrost the goat meats, washed it and put it in a cooking pot, I added salt, maggi, goat meat seasoning, onions, ½spoon of Cayenne pepper and 4spoons of blended fresh red pepper. I covered the pot to boil for 15mins till it's tender. I added no water to the pot because I wanted the goat meat to produce its water, I also do not want the meat to be too tender, producing its own water will make it absorb the ingredients and will be tasty.
So I cover the pot and allowed it Steam on a low heat for 15mins while I check on it frequently.

Second, for the fishes; asa fish and catfish respectively i steamed it separately in another pot; not combining them with the meat. To season the fish i used Knorr Maggi, onions, salt, thyme and cayenne pepper to give it a unique taste and flavour.
I added 1½cup of water to it, covered the pot and set it on fire using a low heat. I let it boil for 8mins and brought it down.
Third, I washed the shell periwinkles thoroughly ensuring it had no dirt or sand on it.
Next, I chopped 1 bulb of onion this will be added to the the pot of soup later on.
Fourth, I washed and sliced the oziza leaves and set aside.

Fifth, in a large pot I combined the meat and fish together, added 5½ cups of water, some blended red peppers ,1cube of Knorr Maggi, ¼teaspoon of salt and covered the pot to boil for 3mins, after 3mins I checked for the level of salt and pepper, salt was just alright but pepper was lacking so I added more 3spoons of pepper and 2cooking spoon of palm oil.
I allowed it to boil for more 5minutes after that I put in the washed periwinkles and allowed it boil, then I added the okra and after few minutes I added blended crayfish, chopped onions and the oziza leaves and my okra soup was ready to be served.
Yes it did came out tantalising and scrummy.
