Hi steemian is nice being a part of this contest. I want to share to us about my sister’s cooking recipe

It was during Xmas, new year celebration. I went to my sister’s house for holidays (new year festival) getting there my sister told me that we will prepare fried rice for celebration.
In the morning after attending church program I and my sister entered kitchen to prepare fried rice. We went for the long gain rice because this type of Rice is very easy to work with while cooking fried rice and it is important that you always wash the rice before cooking it cause it will help to remove the excess starch on the rice, which can cause the rice to be clumsy.
After parboiling the rice she heat oil in a pan, add the onions and fry for some minute, add the mixed vegetables, thyme, curry powder, salt, Cube.

Salad making
After cooking the fried rice we started making salad for the rice

The ingredients we used for the salad are
Carrots
Cabbage
Cucumbers
Sweet Corn
White Onion
Green beans
Green pepper
Heinz Salad Cream

METHOD OF PREPARATION
I peel and grate the carrots and slice the cabbage into thin shreds. Peel and slice cucumber, cut onions into small sizes all in a separate bowl.
After preparing all the ingredients I left it for my sister cause I’m not perfect in mixing them so she mixed everything

Fish making
She bought fresh fish and prepared them with some ingredients I can’t really tell cause I was not with her when she was preparing it due to I was preparing salad stuff but I know he added ingredients together and mixed with the fish and used floor so that the fish will not pieces and the fry it with groundnut oil.
