How are you. Today i,m going ro cook our favourite street food. Chotpoti it was made by the pulses and spices. Now i will show you all how can i cooked chotpoti.

Ingredients:
1.Pulses of Chatpati - 1 kg
2.Spice of Chatpati-1
3.Tamarind
4.Cucumber crumbs
5.Chop the onion
6.Crush raw chilli
7.Dried chilli powder
8.Bit salt
9.Papadum
10.Salt
11.Potatoes
12.Eggs
13.Oil

How to make a chotpoti

First of all, I will soak the branches of the chotpoti the night before. This will increase the branches. After soaking the pulses for 12 hours, boil them in a pressure cooker.

Then I will take four potatoes and four eggs and boil them. Once cooked, I will put them all in a bowl.

To cook the chotpoti, the cook will use the spice of the ready mix hotpot. This is a very good chotpoti spice. It contains a packet of spices.

Now I will remove the peeled boiled potatoes. I will put them in a bowl.

Now I will take the cooked chotpoti pulses in a pan and mix it with the mashed potatoes on top. You can make the chotpoti without potatoes if you want.

When the four eggs are boiled and cooked, I will keep them and put them on a plate.

Now I will boil and cut the eggs into small pieces. I will mix some of the crushed eggs with the cooked chotpoti and leave some to serve.

This is the chotpoti spice packet whose Radhuni readymade hotpot was inside the masala.

I will mix one packet of spice with the whole spice. The chutney is so delicious, especially for the spice. I will also give you some crushed eggs. I will pour another cup of water.

Now I will turn on the gas stove and cook the pan for at least 15 to 20 minutes. After a while, my hotpot will be cooked. When cooked, I will put the pan down from the oven.

You have to give the last Papadum to serve. The Papadum are very crunchy. They should be broken into small pieces by hand and put on top of the chutney.

Tamarind pickle

To make tamarind pickle I would soak some tamarind in water for 30 minutes. I will squeeze the wet tamarind with my hands and make it with water. I will make tamarind pickle with one cup amount of sugar and two teaspoons of dried chilli powder. So I made tamarind sour.

Now I will serve the bowl of chotpoti decorated with everything on a plate and tamarind pickle in another bowl.
