Holy Monday: Our Lunch for today
"Sinabawang Bangus na may Talbos at prito"
Bangus is a national fish of the philippines also called as "Milkfish" in English.
Recipe to Cook this.
*Onion
*Tomato
- Talbos or Young Shoot in English
- & A Bangus Fish
And here the steps on how to cook "sinabawang bangus"
1st Step: finely grind the talbos
2nd Step: Slice onion and tomato
3rd Step: In a caserole put water and pour onion and tomato in the caserole with water.
Wait until its boiling.
4th Step: when it boils put the Milkfish
Wait until the milkfish is cooked or about 20 to 30 minutes of boiling then add salt and vetsin to taste.
5th Step: Put a talbos or "Young Shoot"
Cooked Already. Here's the final outcome.
Then For Fried Milkfish.
1st Pre-Heat the pan.
2nd Add Oil then heat again to avoid sticking to the pan
3rd Put the fish
4th Flip when the fish is Golden Brown
5th Get until the other side of the fish is cooked.

Amo el pescado, preferiblemente el de mar, tiene un sabor más pronunciado. Desafortunadamente vivo lejos de la playa, así que me cuesta mucho conseguir pescado fresco, pero cuando tengo oportunidad no dudo en comprarlo.
