Hello to all my food buddies out there, hope everybody is doing fine. Today I'm going to share my foods that we have ate from breakfast till dinner. For our breakfast I cook pork giniling , for our lunch I just bought a ready cook food from my suki which is chicken menudo and finaly for our dinner I cook meatballs. I am going to share the procedure on how I cook my foods. I just bought ground pork from our market for 141 php and I split it into 2, the other half is for my pork giniling while the half is for my meatballs.
Breakfast
PORK GINILING
INGREDIENTS
Potato
Carrots
Onions andGarlic
Tomatoe sauce
Oil, Salt and pepper
PROCEDURE
- first is we have to prepare all the ingredients
- heat oil in a pan then sautee the garlic and the onions
- add the ground pork and sautee for another minute
- add the carrots and potato and sautee for another minute
- add the tomatoe paste and mix it well
- when the carrots ang potatoe become tender enough you can now add the salt and pepper and mix it well
Transfer it in a serving plate and it is now ready to serve
LUNCH
dinner
- tomatoe sauce
- carrots.
- Bell pepper
- onion and garlic
- cornstarch
- egg
*oil, salt and onions.
PROCEDURE
- prepare all the ingredients
- mix all the ingredients
- form the mix ingredients into circle
- after forming it into circles it is now ready for frying. Heat oil in a pab and fry our meatballs.
After frying ut is now ready to serve
