Hello to all my food buddies. Greetings here from the philippines. Hope everybody is doing well today.
I am going to share my not so complicated recipies for today. Because I'm a little bit busy today so we had a easy to cook meals and ready to eat meals.
BREAKFAST
Early in the morning my son ask for milk and koko crunch and it's been here favorite. Milk is important for children because it can strenghten the immune system that is very important for growing kids
After I give them milk I will now prepare for my egg omelette. Below are my ingredients
Egg 5 pcs | 7 php per piece |
---|---|
Tomatoe 1 pc | 5 php |
Onion 1pc | 5 php |
Spring onion | 5 php |
Oil | 10 php |
Salt and seasoning | 5 php |
PROCEDURE
* Slice the onion, tomatoe and spring onions.
* prepare the eggs in a bowl and beat the eggs with a fork.
* mix the the onion, tomatoe and spring onions to the beaten eggs. And season it with salt and seasoning.
* we will now prepare for frying, In a pan heat an oil.
* when it is heat enough, pour egg mixture into the pan
* it is now for serving
LUNCH
For our lunch I jusy bought ready to eat foods from a sidewalk vendors.
DINNER
In our dinner I just fry a fish. I was a little tired so I just fried the fish and my kids also loves fried fish.
put some salt to taste. Slightly slicing is optional it will just up to you.
It is now ready frying, heat oil in a pan and pour the fish for frying.
Serve and enjoy
