This is my 6th recipe post in @steemitfoods Community i hope you enjoy post recipe of (Potato Chops) post in this community.

Ingredients that should be used for this dish:

★ POTATO 🥔

★ ONIONS

★ SALT

★ OIL

★ PEPPERS

★ SODA

★ BESHAN

★ WATER

Making Stages :

First I took 5 potatoes, then I took the skin of the potatoes, then I cut the potatoes into 4 pieces, now I have to cook the potatoes for some time in a pan with some amount of water on the stove until it is cooked, then another cup on another plate. I took a spoonful of soda and a teaspoon of salt and mixed it with water. I put the boiled potatoes in them and smeared them. I finished the butter and heated the oil in a pan. Then I took some mashed potatoes from the potatoes and put them in small envelopes. I dipped them in the bath and started to give them one by one in the heated oil. After some time, they became slightly red and then became edible.

How to start Cooking ;

First I took 5 potatoes ;

This time I poured the potatoes on the skin ;

This time I cut the potatoes so that they are cooked very quickly ;

This time I washed it well with water ;

This time I put the potatoes in a pot with the same amount of water ;

After putting it in the oven, I waited at least 10-15 minutes for it to be cooked ;

After boiling the potatoes well, I washed them in cold water ;

After boiling the potatoes, take 2 onions ;

I cut the onions and mixed some dried chillies with them ;

This time I took the same amount of salt ;

This time I mixed them with a little oil ;

This time I gave the potatoes with onion and chilli ;

This time I mixed the potatoes well ;

This time I took a cup of besan on another plate ;

Step-15>>>

This time I gave the same amount of salt ;

Step-16>>>

This time I gave the same amount of soda ;

Step-17>>>

This time I gave the same amount of water ;

Step-18>>>

This time I mixed all these ;

Step-19>>>

This time I took it in a separate container with the same amount of oil ;

Step-20>>>

This time I made small chops with the potato mixer ;

Step-21>>>

This time I dipped one by one in the basin water and started giving hot oil ;

Step-22>>>

This time I waited until the potato chops turned red Color ;

Became our taste potato recipe
