Good day #SteemFoods lovers. Let me share my cheese bun recipe here today. This is our kind of bonding with my mother since it's my first time to learn and to do this kind of stuff, making bread. And I'm not used to it. But with the help of my mother, nothing is impossible.



Cheese Bun


IngredientsPrice in $Quantity
Wheat Flour0.752 cups
Margarine0.59½ cup
Condensed Milk0.71½ cup
Cheese0.3145 g
White Sugar0.282 tbsp.
Yeast0.202 tbsp.
Total Expenses$2.84

Other ingredients:

Vanilla1 tbsp.
Lukewarm Water1 cup (you can add if needed)

Preparations:


  • In a bowl, combine the wheat flour and mix with lukewarm water.

  • Simply add the amount of condensed milk.

  • Add the yeast.
  • Just add water if needed.
  • Add the margarine and vanilla. Mix well.


  • If it's done evenly in mixture, you can mold it in circle. Put the cheese cube inside. Knead the dough in a dry flour until perfectly fine.


  • While making the bun, pre-heat the oven for 15-20 minutes with 375°F / 190°C.

  • Transfer the bun in a baking pan and start to bake for 15-20 minutes or until it turns to golden brown.

Ready to serve, share and enjoy with family.

I am so lazy to do this stuff, because of being busy in my personal activities and work but SteemFoods made me to do it and explore a lot of #foods and cooking recipes.
