Hello Friends,

Hope you are doing absolutely great today. I am so delighted to share with you my friends the new thing I learnt and tried out today.

So, I have been seeing pancakes sold almost everywhere I go in my country Nigeria as snacks, and I do buy and eat not knowing how its been prepared. Therefore, today I am going to share with you my friends especially the ones that doesn't know how it is done and would love to know.

Pancakes are very good nutritious and important diet to enjoy. This diet contains the following nutritional contents; carbohydrates (gives energy), proteins (builds the body), and fats and oil.

INGREDIENTS

Flour

Sugar

Vegetable oil

Salt

Onion

Egg and milk (optional)
All ingredients

PREPARATION PROPER

Step1
• Chop your onions and fresh pepper into a bowl.
• Pour a quantity of water (room temperature) you desire into a bowl, add sugar and salt to your desired taste and stir thoroughly.

• Pour the flour into the bowl and stir thoroughly to avoid lumps

• Add your chopped onions and pepper. Then add egg and milk (optional) and stir very well. The mixture is ready.

Step2
• Place the fry pan on the fire to hear for 1 minute.
• Pour the vegetable oil into the hot frying pan and allowed to heat for 2minutes, this is to burn any cholesterol content in the oil.
• Then scoop your mixture into the hot oil, allow to fry until it turns yellowish-brown.

• Put into a sieve for oil to drain out of the pancake.

Then your pancake is ready, you can now enjoy it.

UNIQUENESS OF PANCAKES

Pancakes are so unique that you can enjoy it with any kind of juice, soft drinks, beverage, pap, corn flour ( drinking Garri in Nigria), with honey on it too. It can be ready in 20 minutes.
