hot chilli paneer recipe
Chili Paneer is a popular Indo-Chinese recipe which is prepared by fried paneer in chili sauce with diced capsicum and onion. It is combined with naan or fried rice. Chilli paneer is easiest n tastiest dish, it take hardly 15 min to cook. I love chinese food, chilli paneer is one of my favourite dish, making in home make it more healthier and decilious.
Ingredients
● 250 grams paneer.
● one diced capsicum.
● two diced onion.
● 7 to 8 cloves of garlic.
● 2 green chilly
● 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper.
● 1/2 teaspoon of red chilly powder.
● 2 tablespoon of oil.
● 1 teaspoon of cornflour.
● one packet of schezwan chilli panner powder.
● salt to taste.

Mix the powder with water to make a thick consistency, stir it well make it lumps free.
Making chilli paneer
● Cut the paneer into the cubes, marginate it with cornflour, black pepper and salt for 5 mins.
● Now heat the pan, add some oil and fried the cubes of paneer untill it turn to golden brown in color.
● Now reduce some oil from the pan, add chopped garlic and then onion and capsicum untill it get translucent.
tip - don't over cooked the onion and capsicum, it crunchiness make it more delicious.
● Then add red chilli powder and Schezwan powder water mixture and mix well. Cook for 5 min on low flame.
● Now add water andpaneeer cubes n cook it for 5 minutes more.
Now enjoy your hot chilli panner with naan or fried rice, i served it with wholewheat chapatis make more healthy.
