TRAVEL TO MEDAN CITY [CAKE FOR GIFT]
I just came back from the city of Medan, the 3rd largest city in Indonesia. on this trip, I have work needs and also have a vacation in the city. the journey from where I live to the city of Medan takes about 6 hours.
tiring journey and also entertaining with the beauty of the city. I left for the city of Medan at night so that I could meet directly with colleagues there. on the way to the city of Medan there were no obstacles and safely arrived at the destination. I arrived at Medan city at around 6.30 am.
After showering and breakfast at 8 am, then headed to my work meeting place. there is a meeting with colleagues about 2 hours. After the meeting is over, I sit and browse on my cellphone to see what places are good in Medan that I will visit later.
before I head to the hotel where I will stay tonight. I went to several cake shops to buy souvenirs for people back home. I headed to 2 places where the cakes there are very famous to be used as souvenirs when we return from Medan City.
Medan durian layer cake has a distinctive taste, namely durian. What types of kuehs here are a lot of ingredients from durian. There are many cake menus here, of course we will be confused about which one to choose. usually many visitors come at 12 noon to 9 pm.
because I came before noon so it was still not crowded with visitors. I only bought 1 kueh here with the taste of durian mixed with cheese for me this taste is very good. there are many choices such as chocolate and durian sprinkles or durian bread mixed with other flavors. If people go to Medan, many people will take this cake home as souvenirs.
at the Medan Napoleon cake shop, it opens at 8 am to 9 pm. as in the previous shop, many visitors came from day to night. Medan Napoleon is also a typical cake to be used as souvenirs for anyone who comes to Medan.
The cakes here also offer many flavors, from chocolate, cheese, red velvet and many others. I only bought one cake which is red velvet flavor because I haven't tried this one cake taste. If you are traveling to Medan, don't forget to buy a cake that is here because in my opinion you will be very satisfied with the taste and also the choice of cakes in the Napoleon field and also Medan durian layer cake.
after buying a cake I headed to the hotel that I had ordered. Arriving at the hotel, I took a short break because I was tired on an overnight trip. I departed from the city of Lhokseumawe to the city of Medan using a public transport bus. I chose to take the bus so I could rest because in the morning I had to attend a work meeting.
after I woke up around 4 in the afternoon, then I got ready to take a walk around the city of Medan. the atmosphere in the afternoon there was also very good, I headed to the mall there to get around while having dinner and wanted to shop a little.
at 10 pm I arrived at the hotel to rest. I plan to return to the city of lhokseumawe tomorrow morning. I think traveling to Medan is very interesting. because I went alone so I also didn't want to linger there, except to go with my family. that's the story of my trip to medan bye.
